Wonderful place, Extraordinary service. We came for 4 nights, the location is perfect ,the rooms are very clean and well equipped. Above all the stuff is amazing ,they all were so helpful, polite and welcoming. Thank you dear Giota, Alex and all the others.We will be back fore sure.

We stayed at the Lozenge for four nights before heading to Naxos by ferry. The hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. Our spacious room faced out onto an upscale pedestrianized street in a location that was easily walkable to many attractions. We were in Athens during a heat wave, but the room was comfortably air-conditioned, and a few times we returned to the hotel to cool off before venturing out again. The bed was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was excellent, with an outdoor patio, lots of variety, and good service. We also ate dinner there one evening and enjoyed good food and service at reasonable prices. On our final morning we had to catch an early ferry, and the staff arranged a taxi for us and let us serve ourselves from the buffet 15 minutes before breakfast opened at 7:30. The driver walked over to the hotel from where he was parked and walked us the couple of short blocks to the car. The 20-minute drive to the port cost 28 euros. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel has to be one of my all time favourite European hotels!! We stayed here before and after our cruise. The staff are so courteous & lovely, nothing is any trouble. Rooms are spacious, sparkling clean & bright. Breakfast was amazing, good selection, coffee was perfect and service even better. We also used the restaurant, which was great and reasonable too. If you want to see the sights easily, location is perfect. Walking distance to main attractions and literally around the corner from Sytagmo Square, metro & bus stop. First time using public transport to and from an airport - so handy! If you are on a cruise, the metro is at the bottom of the hill and costs €1.20 per person to get to Pireus. There is a reason why it has no bad reviews!!

What a gem of a find. My wife booked this hotel for us after our lovely cruise finished in Athens. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely smile from Giota and informed that it would not be that long before our room was ready and we were directed to the restaurant next door to receive a complimentary breakfast which was absolutely sublime. The restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are a credit to their company. Our room was lovely very modern and with tea/coffee making facilities. Excellent AC which went down to 16 Celsius which we found to be a God send as the ambient temperature was 34 Celsius. The Hotel is situated very close to the metro station and the Greek Parliament House. We had lunch and dinner at Lozenge which is prepared to order with fresh ingredients. We made a promise to the hotel that when we return to Athens that we would stay there. A big hello and thank you to Tzeni, Efi, Billy, Marieta, Giota, Vasia , the Chefs and the House keeping staff. We stayed in this beautiful place for three nights, prior to our Mediterranean cruise. Firstly, the staff here are amazing, friendly and keen to assist in any way. The rooms are tidy and clean and quite. In a nice part of town, central to the metro and restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of food. The restaurant has beautiful food with a great range also. Would not hesitate in staying here again.
